With over 24 years of experience in the social development sector, Mr. Tiwari is a seasoned expert in community development, community institution promotion, livelihood enhancement, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene). Holding a postgraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Allahabad and a PG Diploma in Personnel (HR) Management and Industrial Relations from United Institute of Management, he has an extensive career that includes roles with grassroots organizations and international entities such as UNICEF and Cornell University. Mr. Tiwari has worked across various regions including U.P., Bihar, M.P., and Rajasthan, offering his expertise in need assessment, intervention & budget planning, and capacity building. His notable achievements include leading the establishment of Rajasthan’s first all-women Farmers Producer Organization and promoting self-sustained women SHG federations. He has also been instrumental in developing sustainable community institutions and micro-enterprises. Mr. Tiwari excels in entrepreneurship development, community process planning, gender mainstreaming, and multi-stakeholder coordination. His deep experience in advocacy, team building, and capacity building underscores his commitment to fostering impactful social change.

Mrs. Ratna Kumari brings over 15 years of experience in office management across various sectors. She is a postgraduate in Political Science and holds a B.Ed. as well as a Diploma in Office Management from Women Polytechnic College, Delhi. In addition to her administrative expertise, Mrs. Tiwari plays a vital role in the foundation’s strategic planning and Execution.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Agrawal holds an M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, NET qualified in Agri. Processing & GATE qualified in the year 2003 and has completed a Management Development Program at IRMA. He is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience, including 15 years in government roles, specializing in program delivery and management in the agriculture, sustainability, and rural livelihood sectors. Based in Jaipur, he has a proven track record in leading large-scale projects across India, focusing on sustainable agriculture, value chain development, and community empowerment. Mr. Manoj has successfully coordinated partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and international organizations, and has been instrumental in implementing financial inclusion initiatives and capacity-building programs. His expertise extends to managing complex projects in watershed development, climate change adaptation, and women-led enterprise development, backed by a strong educational foundation in agricultural engineering and business administration. He served RGAVP (State Rural Livelihood Mission), Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Govt. of Rajasthan from Dec. 2012 to March 2021 as State Project Manager, Sr. Program officer at Centre For Micro Finance (CmF) Tata Trusts and Team leader SRIJAN from 2005 to 2011 . Currently, he provides expert consultancy in livelihood projects, leveraging digital solutions to enhance program efficiency and impact. He is also an empanelled National Resource Person for Financial Inclusion under the DAY-NRLM by NIRD&PR, India.
